We have on offer an original superb antique English treacle-glazed (Rockingham) loving cup with 2 frogs seated internally on the inside base of the jug. The 2 handled loving cup is covered with a stunning mottled treacle brown thick glaze which comes under the Rockingham glaze genre for English wares. The exterior of this mug depicts, in RELIEF, the “Vicar & Moses” typecharacterswatching a dog fight under thegrape vine sprigging whilst a third gentleman is sitting down enjoying an ale.
